Research on microsensors: Simulation, design, fabrication, testing and application of physical quantity sensors of various types;Research on wireless passive sensor systems: Realization of wireless and passive sensing based on the principle of near-field coupling, applicable to harsh environments such as hermetic enclosures and rotating conditions;Research on MEMS devices: Simulation, design, fabrication processes and performance testing of MEMS resonators and MEMS switches;Research on MEMS processes: Development and optimization of process flows and microfabrication technologies for MEMS devices.
