Dr. Shizhitian Shi is an Associate Professor in the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Southeast University.Prior to joining Southeast University, he was a Research Associate at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN), Brookhaven National Laboratory (USA), and the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge (UK). He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich (Switzerland) in 2022.His research focuses on advanced micro/nanofabrication technologies for next-generation electronic, photonic, and X-ray systems, with particular interests in high-aspect-ratio plasma etching, X-ray diffraction gratings, nanophotonics, and intelligent semiconductor manufacturing. His work integrates plasma science, precision microfabrication, computational modeling, and machine learning to enable scalable manufacturing of complex micro- and nanoscale structures.
